Pastor Mario and Arlene Villa started Shining Light Ministries in 1988. With humble beginnings, the church started with 6 members in the lovely home of Dan and Renee Moreno.
For the past 34 years, Shining Light Ministries has been instrumentally graced to plant Churches, launch great Pastors, Evangelists, and Teachers.
Many have been saved by the Grace and Mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ and we can testify that Shining Light Ministries truly is “A Church that Cares.”
Shining Light Ministries is a church that remains strong and steadfast on the mission of saving lives and reaching out to the community.
